Very nice and helpful staff, quietly located in residential area, less than 10 minutes walk to Bulevardul Stefan.
For my taste all rooms (reception, stairs, corridors) were too overloaded with pictures and other inventory. In addition at the reception very gloomy.

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel due to the caring staff and the nice room. The room design and quality was really fine. Art Rustic is not far from the city center and from a large mall so there were many options for shopping and dining out.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my son, had a wonderful stay. I had a marvellous and very very good breakfast, it included coffee, tea, toast, cereal, and pastries. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants, and the main sights. I could drink something at Robin Pub, located 1 km away...

I recently stayed at a hotel in an authentic area of the city and it was a great experience. The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within a 10-minute walk from the city center. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were well-appointed with basic amenities. I especially loved the comfortable double bed and the little balcony where I could enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Speaking of coffee, the breakfast at this hotel was fantastic, with real espresso and a variety of local treats. It was the perfect start to my day!
Everything was just perfect.

The staff can all speak very good English.
They don't accept credit card payment, so was a little inconvenient finding a bank when I wanted to check out.

No credit card payment facility meant a dash to the bank on check-out.
